Coriander:

Garlic:
Can be incorporated in food that is cooked or rub in acne scars directly
Mix of grated cucumber, orange peels, lemon peels is also an effective remedies for acne scars, apply on affected areas.

- Avoid of excessive starch, sugar and fatty foods
- Maintain a balanced diet
- Avoid tea, coffee, pickles, condiments, fried foods, refined and processed foods, soft drinks, candies, and ice cream

There is another remedy that reduces visible acne scars and also other type of facial scars. It is an oil called Rosa Mosqueta and is used for the reduction of surgical scars. It costs around £10 in English money. The oil is made from a rose from South America and is available in the shops/chemists/pharmasists - but for those that may have difficulty in acquiring it a company called Rio Health sells it over the Internet.
