Anemia is the shortage of red blood cells or hemoglobin, which reduces the oxygen that is delivered to the blood tissues.

Home Remedies
It is recommended to drink 2-3 cups of white cabbage juice daily. Also, don’t forget to eat lots of dried fruits, cooked lentils, liver, lamb, apples and quince.
Other Treatments
Make a juice mixture made of blended parsley leaves. Drink 3-4 cups of this juice daily.
Eat lots of dates, leafy green vegetable such as lettuce, spinach and more.
Caffeine or any decaffeinated products such as coffee should be avoided.
Include food products rich in iron such as liver, beets, and oysters.
