Mix 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in ½ liter of cold water. Simmer for 15 minutes on low flame. Strain and drink as a tea regularly.

Avocado:
The avocado treatment is much more effective than any commercially available products to treat halitosis. It eliminates intestinal toxins, which is one the primary cause of getting foul breath.

Guava:
Eating guava fruit will help stop gum bleeding and freshens the breath. Chewing its leaves are also equally effective. Guava contains mallic, oxalic, phosphoric and tannic acids, as well as calcium, manganese and oxalate.

Parsley:
Chop some parsley sprigs and boil it in 2 cups of water. Mix some 2-3 whole cloves or ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves. Stir while letting it cool. Strain then use as a mouthwash or gargle several times a day.

Avoid white sugar and bread products and refined carbohydrate foods, as well as eggs and meat.

Follow all suggestions and diet recommendations when having constipation.

Other suggestions for Bad Breath
Brush your teeth 2 times a day especially before bedtime.

Use toothpicks to get rid of remaining food particles that cannot be cleaned or removed by tooth brushing alone.

Consult your family dentist when having tooth decays and bleeding/swollen gums.
