			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Infestation of Body Lice is the cause of <em>Pediculosis corporis</em>. It is a small parasitic insect characterized by wingless and flat body. There is also a similar kind that thrives in head and pubic areas. Body Lice colors varies from yellow to white</p>
<p>Body Lice lives on the clothing, where they lay their eggs. This lice travel around the body for their meals, which is the blood of their host.<br />
<strong><br />
Symptoms</strong></p>
<p>Intense itching<br />
Red rounded rashes or bumps in the skin<br />
Presence of Lice in clothing especially on the seams<br />
<strong><br />
Causes</strong></p>
<p>Overcrowded living condition<br />
Unhygienic living practices<br />
Direct contact from infested person</p>
<p><strong>Treatment</strong></p>
<p><em>Gliricidia sepium</em>:<br />
Make a juice or decoction from <em>Gliricidia sepium</em> leaves and apply to the skin</p>
<p>Virgin Coconut Oil:<br />
Apply a generous amount of VCO in the skin just like using it as a lotion</p>
<p>Garlic Powder:<br />
Mix a tablespoonful of garlic powder with a few drops of pennyroyal oil and distilled water. Apply the mixture to the skin</p>
<p>Vinegar:<br />
Mix at least two tablespoon of vinegar in your water used in laundry, it helps to kill the eggs that thrives in the seams of the infected personsâ€™ used clothing</p>
<p><strong>Prevention</strong></p>
<p>Iron clothes if necessary<br />
Avoid physical contact with an infected person<br />
Practice good hygiene and regular everyday bathing<br />
Avoid overcrowded and dirty surroundings</p>
