Treatment / Home Remedies for Baldness
Scalp care:
Washing your hair with cold water is a very good remedy for caring your scalp. Rub your scalp vigorously until it becomes warm. It the best remedy to activate the sebaceous glands and promotes blood circulation in the affected area.
Amla oil:
Boiled dry pieces of amla in coconut oil is one of the effective remedies in treatment of alopecia. Apply on the hair to promote hair growth. You can also mix equal parts of fresh amla and lime juice for shampoo substitute. It will prevent hair loss and stimulate hair growth.
Lettuce:
Mixing lettuce and spinach juice is also a good remedy. Take at least ½ liter a day to promote hair growth.
Amaranth:
Make a home remedy for Alopecia out of juice extract of amaranth leaves. Apply on the hair and scalp to make it smooth and stimulate hair growth.
Alfalfa:
Mixing equal parts of alfalfa, carrot, and lettuce juice is also a good remedy for alopecia. Take it daily to promote hair grown. Use fresh alfalfa leaves when preparing the juice.
Margosa:
Washing hair using a decoction out of margosa (neem) leaves to treat hair fall and hair loss is one of the effective remedies in Alopecia . It will get rid of parasitical infestation, enhance hair color while promoting hair growth.
The leaves of the margosa tree are also beneficial home remedy in the treatment of hair loss. If hair has been falling or has ceased to grow it should be washed with the decoction of neem leaves. This will stop hair from falling and stabilize its blackness. It will also make the hair longer and kill lice and other infesting insects.
Mustard oil:
Boiling 250 ml of mustard oil in a tin basin is one of the tested remedy of Alopecia. Gradually add 60 gm of henna leaves until they are cooked well. Filter using a cloth and store in a clean container. Massage oil on the scalp regularly to promote hair growth.
Coconut milk:
Massaging coconut milk on the scalp is a good remedy to stimulate the hair roots.
Lime-pepper seeds:
Ground pieces of lime and black pepper seeds to make a paste is also a great home remedy for alopecia. Apply on affected area 2 times a day for a few weeks. It increases blood circulation and stimulates hair growth.
Licorice:
Grinding pieces of licorice and mixing it with milk and a pinch of saffron to make a paste is also a tested best remedy for alopecia. Apply on the bald areas at night before bedtime.
Onion:
Rubbing onions as one of the home remedy for Alopecia: rub on the affected area every morning and evening until it reddens. Rub with honey afterwards.
Pigeon pea:
Make a paste out of pigeon pea or red gram. Apply regularly on bald patches.
Coconut oil:
One of the noted home remedy for Alopecia is mixing refined coconut oil, limewater and limejuice. Apply on the hair and scalp to prevent hair loss. It will also encourage hair growth.
Coriander:
Coriander as a home remedy: Make a juice extract out of green coriander leaves and rub it on the scalp.
Black gram:
Black Gram as home remedy: Make a paste out of black gram and fenugreek to promote hair growth.
Castor oil:
Castor oil as home remedy: Use Castor oil regularly to encourage hair growth.
Diet Plan for Baldness
Healthy hair primarily depends on the body’s nutrients. Therefore, and individual should take a well-balanced diet consisting of foods that contains vital nutrients for the body. Eating liberal amounts of nuts, grains, fruits, vegetables, and seeds will do this. Supply it with honey, milk, wheat germ, yeasts, liver and vegetable oil.

hey hi,
i read your post and i must say that you have really done a great job.Usually people go in for shampoos or other chemical based products which may sometimes worsen the situation.Well given all these home made tips definitely help us a lot to solve the problem and also are easily available and pocket friendly too.Home remedies are natural and so do not have any side effects as such.I read about some of them from the link http://www.parachutetherapie.com
