Stretch marks can be visible when a person experience sudden weight gains. Fine lines that are produced on the body characterize it and these lines are called stretch marks. Due to rampant obesity, stretch marks are now common phenomena even with teenagers.

Lavender Oil:
Applying lavender oil 3 times a day on the area of the body with stretch marks can help to fade marks eventually
Aloe Vera:
In Gel form, apply on the area of the body where stretch marks are visible.
Vitamin E:
In cream form, apply in area of the body with stretch marks.
Cocoa Butter:
Application of cocoa butter during pregnancy can help in preventing stretch marks.

Eat amounts of nuts and seeds that contain zinc help in preventing stretch marks
Regular exercises and keeping the muscles firm also helps in avoiding stretch marks

Great post! Never heard that before.I had my second baby recently and i just discovered stretch mark all over my body,meanwhile there was nothing like that when i had my first child.Been looking for a cure even though the popular opinion is that there is no cure for stretch marks.
Will try this out.
Pls post something about loosing a bulging tommy, especially after delivery thru CS.
Will be back for this.
