Temporary Paresthesia

 

Temporary paresthesia is caused by too much pressure apply on a nerve temporarily. Some of the common causes is when a person sit on one position for a period of time and when intend to switch position temporary paresthesia occurs. Also occurs in arms, hands, feet and/or other parts of the body. 

 

Although temporary paresthesia is not desirable to feel, It is not a serious condition, usually the normal feeling of the affected part will return within a couple of minutes. When the feeling of numbness and tingling continue, chances are you might have a pinched nerve.

   I felt like your simplified home remedies were not helpful. it seems as though you are directing me to see a doctor as opposed to giving me the insight to heal myself.
