Now, I can’t stomach bananas. Everything else looks OK, however…
A very good resource in addition to your own research is a book by Dr. Jordan Rubin, Patient Heal Thyself. I bought it like many years ago and it chronicles his own journey and healing protocols…all natural of course.

Thank you for this information. I would like to recommend a great website that has been so very helpful to me-www.diverticulitisinfo.com. The wesbite contains all sorts of interesting information about various bowel disorders and a blog that also provides some helpful articles. The thing I like best about this website is I feel that this woman, a great homeopath, truly understands the disorder and can really help!! The products that she sells are both herbal and homeopathic and safe and they work!!!! I wanted to share because I know it works
