A very good resource in addition to your own research is a book by Dr. Jordan Rubin, Patient Heal Thyself. I bought it like many years ago and it chronicles his own journey and healing protocols…all natural of course.

Stress contributes to ulcers formation because stress tends to increase gastric secretions that causes ulcer.
